Booking Refunds & Re-scans

Booking

Booking requires a card for reservation, when you book an appointment there is a charge of only 1 dollar, the balance due will be charged at the appointment visit and we do accept cards & cash. If the card used is not under your name then we will need authorization from the card holder. The authorization is emailed to you with the intake forms.

Re-scans

The re-scans are a courtesy that we offer to mommies when the babies are not in a good position, the baby is covering the face with hands or legs or the mommy is not well hydrated. Courtesy services are not mandatory and if you fail to attend without a previous notice of 72 hours we will not re-schedule or offer any other date.

Refunds

For the nature of the service, we DO NOT refund for ultrasound services.

If you added extras like a 3D/4D Upgrade, CD, USB, or PRINTS and we were not able to get those then that money will be refunded.

If you miss your “courtesy” re-scan or change your mind about coming once again because your baby is still not in a favorable position, or for any other reason we are NOT refunding you because this is a courtesy session after another one was done.
