Real 3D, 4D and HD Live images from our studio. Every session is different: image clarity depends on gestational age, baby’s position and fluid levels.
5–11 weeks
Early 2D
Early 2D ultrasound may show the gestational sac and early development and, when visible, the heartbeat. For sessions before 12 weeks, arrive with a comfortably full bladder unless instructed otherwise.
12–18 weeks
Full-body views
This stage can offer clear views of baby’s developing shape, movement, hands and feet. Early 3D, 4D or HD Live facial features may also begin to appear.
19–26 weeks
Growing details
Baby’s facial and body features become more defined while movement remains visible. Depending on position, this stage may offer detailed full-body views, hands, feet and early facial expressions.
27–34 weeks
Facial features
This is often the preferred stage for fuller cheeks, expressions and detailed facial views. When baby’s position and fluid levels allow, families may receive meaningful 3D, 4D and HD Live keepsake images and videos.
35+ weeks
Late peek
Baby has less room now and may settle lower, but a final look can still be beautiful. When position and fluid allow, you may see full cheeks and the little face you will soon meet.
